Your focus will be on supporting and empowering our teams to act with integrity and drive our organisation’s success.You will:Oversee the UK HR function ensuring the delivery of comprehensive HR services, via your own team and in partnership with group HR shared services.Support the CEO of Kaplan Financial and MD of Kaplan Assessments in shaping and fostering the organisational culture and values.Develop and implement strategies that enhance employee attraction, engagement, satisfaction, and retention.Promote a positive and inclusive work environment, aligning people practices with the overall goals and objectives of Kaplan.Undertake Kaplan group responsibilities, working with colleagues globally on people initiatives that impact across the group, providing to you the opportunity to access materials, tools and support from other Kaplan business units.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who may be currently working as a Head of Human Resources or similar, who is looking to expand their skills and build their career with an industry leader.A detailed job description can be viewed .
