This role focuses on enhancing IT infrastructure, systems integration, and technology innovation to support business growth and operational efficiency within the GA Telesis Engine Services (GATES) and enable business success throughout the Ecosystem. The position requires expertise in managing international teams, aligning IT strategy with business objectives, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and cybersecurity standards.Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the global IT strategy in alignment with corporate business goals.
• Lead IT transformation initiatives to enhance the scalability, performance, and security of international IT operations.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to drive digital innovation and support business expansion.
• Experience with key platforms: IFS Cloud, Quantum Control, PowerBI, and Salesforce a plus.
• Oversee the design, deployment, and management of enterprise-wide IT infrastructure and applications.
• Lead initiatives to improve data management, connectivity, and communications systems across regions.
• Implement project management best practices to optimize outcomes and mitigate risks.
• Manage relationships with external technology vendors and service providers to ensure quality service delivery.
• Negotiate contracts, ensure delivery of quality IT services, and drive cost savings.
• Develop talent through mentorship and training to build a high-performing team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including managing international IT operations, preferably in the aviation industry.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and regulation compliance in the aviation industry.
• Demonstrated success in executing IT strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Proven experience in leading digital transformation initiatives.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills; project management certification (PMP) and IT certifications are highly desirable.
