Join us at one of Finland’s leading last-mile delivery platforms and shape the future of how we grow.What you will do:Lead and execute the full marketing strategy for Finland, aligned with regional/global goals.Manage a high-performing team and be a key member of the local management team.Own the marketing budget and drive measurable growth across acquisition and retention.Build and optimize data-driven campaigns that impact core KPIs (installs, reorders, retention).Collaborate cross-functionally with regional and global teams for seamless execution.Develop go-to-market plans, analyze performance, and make key strategic decisions.QualificationsProven background in B2C marketing, preferably in fast-paced, digital-first environments.Several years in a leadership role, with a proven ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams, alongside strong stakeholder management skills in complex, matrixed organizations.Experience from high-paced industries and demonstrated strong resilience in dynamic environments. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the evolving delivery sector.Commercial mindset and business acumen — you understand what moves the business and how marketing can drive it.Data-savvy — while you don’t need to be an analyst, you’re comfortable turning insights into action.Experience in or understanding of last-mile delivery, eCommerce, tech, or Q-commerce is a big plus.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.You speak English and Finnish fluently.Additional InformationYour well-being and comfort are of utmost importance to us.
