Head of SalesPermanentExetergap personnel are currently recruiting exclusively for a Head of Sales for their client based in Exeter.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has an extensive track record of motivating, coaching, and developing a team to success.You will oversee the development and management of relationships within the commercial side of the business, working collaboratively with other departments.You can expect:

The successful candidate:

  • To come on board and help drive the business
  • Increase market share
  • Customer focused, with a strong business acumen
  • Develop an existing successful team
  • Analyse sales performance and deliver regular reports
  • Encourage a results-drive environment
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth
  • Represent our client at industry events, trade shows and conferences

Skills:

  • Having a track record of growing a business
  • Proven experience in managing a high-performing sales team
  • Have a natural ability to build rapport with other people
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical skills for effective forecasting, reporting, and data-driven decision making

Benefits & Pay:

  • £55,000-£70,000 per year, plus performance-based bonuses and commission structure
  • Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
