Your MissionWithin the frame of Richemont Security policy and Health & Safety guidance, the job holder manages the Security and Health & Safety processes and actions within Richemont Suisse SA.If you arePassionate about developing, managing and promoting the local physical security and health & safety systems in line with the Group H&S policies, associated directives and applicable legal and insurance requirementsOpen to innovation and transformation in making evolving current procedures and implementing new processes to improve productivity, efficiency and quality of the departmentA real team player who enjoys sharing and communicatingAble to multitask by managing several projects, with a high sense of ownership while continuously improving the way of working in a fast-paced environment.Then, you must be the right candidate to join our Richemont Swiss team and being successful in this role by :Being the market expert for Security & Health & Safety matters and in charge of the Security Operation CenterEnsuring adequate hazard identification, risk evaluation and provide recommendations on possible control measures for all business activitiesProviding guidance, information and assistance (to all relevant personnel) on the practical and effective application and implementation of safe working procedures and physical control measuresDeveloping, monitoring and overseeing the execution of emergency response plans for all locationsIdentifying and organizing relevant H&S and physical security trainingEnsuring all accidents, incidents and near-misses are appropriately reported, investigated and recorded. Implement remediation planCoordinating and/or conducting formal and informal audit and mystery shoppingEditing and managing security operational procedures for each internal boutiqueKnowing, contracting and controlling quality and performance of external security suppliersCreate security concepts for events, new boutiques and RSSA locations, implement Richemont constructive and technical specifications and advise local brand functions and suppliers.Your background and competencies:You hold a Swiss STPS diploma and ideally a CPP, PCI and PSP certificationYou have minimum 10 years of work experience in a similar role (compliance, internal audit, business legal function)You are committed, curious, pragmatic, result-driven and autonomousYou have strong communication and facilitating skillsYou are fluent in French and English ; German is a plusThe position is based in Meyrin with regular trips to Switzerland.
