Cpl Healthcare are actively seeking qualified Head of Services for residential services based in Naas, Kildare.We are seeking enthusiastic professionals to support adults in intellectual disabilities in a community-based setting, assisting with independent living skills and integration into the community.This role provides the opportunity to work as part of a committed team, a competitive salary and access to collaborative and learning work within a leading national organisation.This is a fulltime salaried position which will average around 40 hours per week and this role is a hybrid role based in the Head office in Naas, Kildare with some travel to other locations as appropriate.Requirements:

• Hold a Master’s relevant to this role – i.e. Social Work, Social Care Management, or other relevant discipline
• Post graduate qualification ideally in Social Care Management or Management Qualification.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior management post or a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Head of Service or equivalent role
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in the disability sector
• Robust knowledge of HIQA regulations and all legislative compliance requirements
• Strong working knowledge of National Policy relating to Intellectual Disability and Mental Health
• Comprehensive experience of Risk Management & Health and Safety
• Knowledge of Budgeting and Financial Reporting
• Candidates must possess the competencies and skills appropriate to working with persons with an intellectual disability.
• Experience in driving change
• Experience in successfully delivering service models focused around person centred care
