MUNTHE is globally recognised for its consciously curated styles rooted in art and Scandinavian craftmanship.JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIESAs Head of Sourcing & Production, you must ensure that products are developed and delivered in line with our strategy and targets, with a focus on cost, quality, and lead time. You will be part of the Management Team and actively involved in the overall development of the business.We work with passion and dedication to creating beautiful and long-lasting collections. In addition to our seasonal collections, we also run our NOS program, Simple Studio, offering timeless essentials that reflect our core values and aesthetic.Our production team consists of five skilled and committed colleagues who, in close collaboration with the design department, ensure that our products meet both our quality standards and MUNTHE’s signature aesthetic. We develop four collections per year – always with respect, responsibility, and care throughout the process.You must be structured and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, while making quick yet sound decisions. We are seeking a proactive and dynamic individual who can delve in-depth when necessary and understands the importance of going the extra mile to achieve optimal results.At MUNTHE, we place high value on product excellence, quality, reliable deliveries, and an open-minded approach to ESG. The sourcing department plays a key role in our success, and you will hold a central position – working closely with the design and sales teams, as well as the company’s CEO, Heidi Løt Mellerup.Key Responsibilities

• Strategic development of the supply chain
• Sourcing and onboarding new suppliers
• Development and optimization of the existing supplier portfolio
• Managing and improving production processes, costs, quality, and timelines
• Ensuring continuous improvement of gross margins and quality standards
• Monitoring production and adjusting schedules as needed
• Building and developing your team of highly motivated, skilled, and dedicated employees
• Acting as a visible and inspiring Head of Sourcing & Production – leading by example
• Reviewing and benchmarking suppliers in terms of delivery performance, quality, claims, margins, and lead times

Travel is expected as part of the role.SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 5 years of experience in apparel production and sourcing – preferably in an international context
• Strong negotiation skills at a high level
• Solid understanding of product development, manufacturing processes, and technical/quality standards
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate, guide, and develop teams
• Experience with a wide range of product types, including heavy/light woven, knit, jersey, and accessories
• Structured, solution-oriented, and used to taking responsibility and meeting deadlines
• Super user in Excel and proficient in the full Microsoft Office suite
• Clear and confident communicator in English
