That’s where you come in.We are looking for a Head of Talent Management to design and drive our global talent development strategy—developing our high-potential talent and ensuring we build capabilities for today and tomorrow.What will your responsibilities include?As our new Head of Talent Management, you’ll own the global talent development framework at Hempel—ensuring it’s best-in-class, aligned with our business strategy, and able to fuel succession and internal mobility across the company.You’ll lead the development and rollout of global talent programmes, sharpen our approach to identifying and nurturing high-potential talent, and be the driving force behind succession and a strong leadership and specialist pipeline. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where strategy meets action.

  • Lead and evolve Hempel’s global talent development framework, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Design and deliver engaging, future-focused talent development programmes across leadership and specialist tracks.
  • Act as talent broker—partnering with strategic HR BPs to drive internal mobility and build strong succession pipelines.
  • Facilitate impactful learning sessions and bring energy, insights, and inspiration to our global development programmes.
  • Own and continuously improve the Talent Review process and related modules in Workday.
  • Collaborate across the People & Culture function to shape an integrated and ambitious talent agenda.
  • Define success metrics and report on progress with a focus on retention, progression, and engagement of high potentials.
  • Manage external vendors and build strong, value-adding partnerships.

Have You Got What We’re Looking For?

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 5–7+ years of experience in talent development—especially working with high-potential talent—in a global organisation.
  • A strategic approach and operational edge—you can zoom out and execute at the same time.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder skills—you thrive in complex, matrix environments.
  • A growth mindset and contagious energy—you inspire others and role-model learning and change.
