Now you have an extraordinary chance to join our HR Team in the most exiting journey of building a standalone company. As we are currently demerging from Tietoevry, you will play an incremental role in building up the compensation and benefit area and shaping the future of our new company’s compensation strategy. We´re seeking a passionate and dynamic Head of Total Rewards to lead our compensation and benefit agenda globally. At Tietoevry Tech Services, we believe in fostering a collaborative environment that values talent and invest in employee growth. The role will be based in Helsinki.What you will be doing:
Strategic Compensation Design:Spearhead the development and implementation of cutting-edge global compensation strategies to attract and retain top talent.Elevate our rewards framework by leveraging market insights and staying ahead of industry trends.Develop and maintain STI and LTI programs.Act as advisor in strategic compensation matters.Holistic Benefits Management:Curate and manage a comprehensive benefits program that reflects our commitment to employee well-being.Innovate in benefits offerings, ensuring our packages align with the diverse needs of in our main countries.Compliance Leadership:Proactively maintain compensation governance and drive the Remco agenda.Navigate the regulatory landscape in our main countries, ensuring our practices align with legal requirements.Remuneration reporting & external reporting.Data-Driven insights:Dive into data analytics to provide actionable insights, fostering informed decision-making.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance organizational performance through data-driven strategies.Employee Engagement:Drive transparent communication on compensation and benefits changes to enhance employee understanding.Coach and guide HR partners and Talent Acquisitions specialists in compensation processes and matters.What you will bring:Innovative Mindset: Bring a creative and forward-thinking approach to rewards architecture.Expertise: Proven more than 8 years of experience in designing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies internationally.Regulatory Acumen: Basic knowledge of labor laws and regulations in our main countries (Finland, Sweden, Norway, Baltics, Czech & India).Experience in Finnish corporate governance is highly beneficial.Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive meaningful insights from data.Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey the value of our rewards programs.Collaborative Spirit: Work collaboratively with diverse teams, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.Effective vendor management: Work together with vendors to reach high standards.We offer:An incremental role in HR during our demerger journey, build a new independent company.Design and create the future compensation & benefits agenda.Team Lead-role for a smaller team of specialists.Join a global and growing HR team with high ambitions.A team of great colleagues that constantly support each other.How to apply?
