This role is critical in ensuring optimal liquidity, financial risk management, and capital structure for Tech Services.You will oversee treasury operations, funding strategies, cash forecasting, and financial risk mitigation, while acting as a key advisor to senior leadership on treasury-related matters and reporting to CFO.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the treasury team, ensuring high performance and continuous development.
  • Manage group liquidity, cash flow forecasting, and short- and long-term funding strategies.
  • Oversee financial risk management including FX, interest rate, and commodity exposures.
  • Maintain and develop banking relationships and negotiate financing agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, IFRS, and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive treasury transformation initiatives, including automation and system enhancements.
  • Collaborate with business units and finance teams to support strategic initiatives and M&A.
  • Act as asset manager for internal entities where applicable (e.g., captive insurance).
  • Provide treasury input into investor relations, financial reporting, and board materials.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in corporate treasury, preferably in a listed or multinational environment.
  • Proven leadership experience and ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, instruments, and risk management.
  • Experience with treasury systems (e.g., SAP, Kyriba) and process automation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English. Latvian, Finnish, Swedish or Norwegian is a plus.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience in Nordic or European capital markets.
  • Exposure to sustainability-linked financing or green bonds.
  • Familiarity with CSRD and ESG-related financial disclosures.
