Elekta is seeking a dynamic Head of Treatment Planning – Product Marketing to lead the global marketing strategy for our treatment planning solutions.In this high-impact role, you will drive business growth by aligning sales and marketing initiatives with our broader commercial goals. From managing strategic partnerships and digital marketing to overseeing brand positioning and market access strategies, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how Elekta brings life-saving technology to cancer patients worldwide.If you thrive in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment and are ready to influence the future of oncology care, we’d love to hear from you.What you’ll do at Elekta :Your role will include but not limited to:Key Responsibilities:Strategic Marketing & Business DevelopmentDevelop and execute marketing strategies to position treatment planning and plan analytics solutions in key markets.Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and licensing arrangements to drive growth.Oversee GTM, digital campaigns, and brand communications to enhance market visibility and engagement.Product & Market AnalyticsEvaluate product ROI and economic value to support long term strategies and healthcare adoption.Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive dynamics to inform product and commercial strategy.Collaborate closely with product management and R&D to ensure marketing plans align with innovation pipeline.Market Access & ReimbursementDesign and implement strategies for market access, including payer engagement, health economics, and reimbursement support.Ensure alignment with regional market needs and regulatory environments.Brand Strategy & LicensingLead brand positioning efforts and ensure consistency across global markets.Manage brand licensing initiatives to extend market reach while ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards.Cross-Functional LeadershipPartner with global and regional teams, including Sales, Product Management, Clinical, and Regulatory, to ensure effective execution of business strategies.What you bring:*We encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet every requirement—your unique skills and experiences might be exactly what we’re looking for!Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA degree and experience in radiation oncology preferred.5 to 10 years of progressive experience in radiation oncology with at least 5 years in a marketing role.Strong understanding of treatment planning, plan analytics, and market access in healthcare or medtech.Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies and business development initiatives.Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a complex, matrixed environment.This role will require at least 50% of local and global travelWhat you’ll get:In this role, you will work for a higher purpose; hope for everyone dealing with cancer, and for everyone regardless of where in the world, to have access to the best cancer care.
