We are seeking a skilled and experienced Health And Safety Consultant to join our team for an exciting new data center construction project in Helsinki metropolitan area, Finland.What are the main responsibilities?In this role, you are responsible for the management of the project and safety while adhering to rules and regulations. The responsibilities include adhering to safety management systems, developing and coordinating environmental, health, and safety plans, and managing project safety indicators. Additionally, the person will be conducting regular inspections and audits, maintaining documentation related to occupational health and safety, and collaborating with project management on safety issues.What do we expect from you?We seek a candidate with a relevant EHS qualification, significant experience in managing EHS on large construction sites, and proven team leadership skills. The ideal candidate should have a thorough knowledge of current EHS legislation, flexibility in working patterns, strong communication and computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
