Salary up to £75,000 DOEAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Health & Safety Manager to join a growing construction business delivering a diverse range of new build and refurbishment projects across the South East. Working on projects from £100k to £20m, this role will be key in driving health, safety, and environmental standards across multiple sites.The RoleThis position will suit a proactive Health & Safety professional with a strong background in construction safety management, looking to make a real impact.Key Responsibilities:

• As a Health & Safety Manager, you will develop and implement health & safety policies and procedures
• As a Health & Safety Manager, you will deliver training sessions and promote a strong safety culture
• As a Health & Safety Manager, you will conduct site audits, inspections, and risk assessments
• As a Health & Safety Manager, you will investigate accidents and incidents, ensuring corrective actions
• As a Health & Safety Manager, you will ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• As a Health & Safety Manager, you will provide guidance and support to project teams

What You’ll Need:

• As a Health & Safety Manager, you will have a strong understanding of health & safety legislation in construction
• As a Health & Safety Manager, you will have experience in site safety management & compliance
• As a Health & Safety Manager, you will have the ability to conduct risk assessments & accident investigations
• As a Health & Safety Manager, you will have excellent communication & leadership skills
• As a Health & Safety Manager, you will have relevant qualifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH)
