We are focused on growing a sustainable business centred around our people, our clients and trade partners.The Outsourced Technical Services (OTS) Department at PM Group partners with Global leaders across a range of industries to find the best people for their current and ongoing business needs.We are looking for a Health and Safety Process Engineer to join our dynamic and innovative OTS team, working with a top-tier pharmaceutical client in a hybrid capacity, based in Dublin. :
- Support the team in the management and execution of projects throughout project life cycle from initiation to closeout
- Support the team in coordinating process safety and relevant assessments, improvement initiatives and programmes
- Support the team in assessing equipment and processes for compliance with EHS, process safety and relevant engineering standards
- Support the team on new equipment detailed design: process safety specialist, HAZOP coordinator,
- Hazardous Area Classification, chemical safety
- Assist safety audits and to improve the site safety management systems
- Support EHS assessment/ approval of all process and equipment changes and new equipment introduction
- Work with cross functional teams in a highly automated GMP Production environment
- Support the team with contractor/vendor management, project schedule management and schedule development
- Assist with the development, documentation and implementation of safe systems of work for manufacturing and maintenance operations.
- Support site investigations, identifying root cause and measures to prevent recurrence, risk management and action plans to mitigate risk
- Continuously implement strict adherence to safe working practices
- Assist in control and monitor of safe working practices of contractors while on site
:
- Degree in a relevant science/engineering discipline– Level 8 desirable
- Minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience in a GMP production environment
- Excellent communication / organisation skills with an ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation
- Good computer MS Office skills (PP, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Good understanding of the principles of Good Manufacturing Practices
