Our client is a well-established and highly respected consultancy within the construction and engineering industry. With a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects, they provide expert services across multiple disciplines. They are currently looking to hire a Health & Safety Advisor to join their team.The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance with regulations, promoting a strong safety culture and driving continuous improvement. This person will be covering the Dublin/Midlands region and role comes with attractive Hybrid Working Option.Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and implementation of health and safety strategies, policies, and procedures across the group.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 45001 and other relevant HSE standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage risk and enhance safety performance.
• Chair health and safety committees and liaise with stakeholders across the organisation.
• Conduct and oversee risk assessments, incident investigations, audits, and inspections.
• Deliver EHS training and induction programmes.
• Promote sustainability initiatives related to environmental management, waste reduction, and resource efficiency.

Skills & Experience:

• In-depth knowledge of ISO 45001 and health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Proven track record in managing HSE within a multidisciplinary consultancy environment.
• Strong understanding of current health and safety legislation.
• Experience leading committees and managing cross-departmental safety initiatives.
• Proficient in incident reporting and root cause analysis.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience in developing and delivering training programmes.
• Familiarity with environmental sustainability practices.
• Excellent organisational and project management capabilities.
