​What you need to knowOur client in the healthcare sector is looking to recruit a Health & Safety Coordinator for their facility in Naas, Co. Kildare.This is a contract role (hybrid) with view to permanency​Your new jobKey duties & responsibilities:Assist in the implementation of H&S standards for the facility.Manage the day to day H&S administrationLiaise closely with all relevant departments and services in the development of policies, procedures and guidelines for risk management.Support and develop the delivery of all key performance measure metrics.Provide support in developing an on-going development/training programmesContribute to service planning & support the implementation of plan objectives.​What are we looking for?Level 8 Healthcare qualification/Academic Award in H&S/Medical Device Technology/Quality & Risk Management – essentialExperience working in a healthcare setting in Occupational H&S or advisory role/Quality & Safety – essentialExperience of working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders in leading on health & safety projects/initiatives.Knowledge of H&S policies/proceduresProficiency in MS Office skills & computer literacyStrong communication and people & leadership skillsApply for this job now or get in touch with Lisa –By applying, you are giving consent for Matrix Recruitment to contact you about this job.
