- Leading the charge to evolve and enhance the safety management system.
- Designing and delivering practical, people-first H&S procedures and training.
- Using data and KPIs to drive smarter, results-focused performance.
- Owning and optimising our health & safety IT solutions.
- Overseeing strategic planning, auditing, and contractor compliance.
- Creating engaging campaigns to boost safety awareness across all audiences.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Brings hands-on experience in developing and delivering strategic H&S initiatives.
- Works seamlessly across teams, leading with influence not just process.
- Communicates clearly, authentically, and effectively at every level.
- Holds a Level 6 Health & Safety qualification and CertIOSH membership.
- Has a full UK driving licence to stay connected across sites.
