The CoE unit consists of experts with deep knowledge in their respective fields. They proactively consult, develop, and deliver selected services, ensuring that we have top-notch processes, policies, programs, and tools that are used consistently.We are now looking for aHealth & Well-being Partner, Finland & Balticsto join our Health & Well-being team, which is part of the Performance & Rewards Center of Expertise (CoE) within People & Communications.As a Health & Well-being Partner, you will play a key role in supporting a designated business area by providing expertise in occupational health, well-being, and work ability management. You will act as the primary contact and strategic partner for business leaders, ensuring well-being services are aligned with business needs and effectively implemented. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders such as occupational health providers, pension insurers, and other well-being partners.Additionally, as part of the Health & Well-being team, you will support, develop, and maintain Finland and Baltics-specific operational models, processes, and communications in cooperation with business and P&C Business Partners.Our Health and Well-being team consists of two dedicated H&W Partners, who report to the Health & Well-being Manager for Finland & Baltics.You will be based in Hyvinkää or Espoo, with occasional travel to other KONE sites in the capital region and Baltics.Responsibilities and Key Activities:Providing expert support to business leaders, People & Communications (P&C), and safety professionals on occupational health, well-being, and work ability matters.Acting as the primary partner for stakeholders, ensuring smooth collaboration in occupational health care and well-being initiatives.Managing work ability support, ensuring early intervention and appropriate actions in complex cases.Developing and delivering training and coaching for managers and employees on well-being and work ability topics.Driving well-being analytics and reporting, utilizing data to enhance decision-making and continuous improvement.Managing and leading projects related to occupational health, well-being, and work ability management.Supporting the development of operational models, processes, and communications in collaboration with the Health & Well-being team and business partners.Requirements for the Role:A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as human resources, business, psychology, social or health sciences, or another field supporting success in this role.At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in employee well-being, health & safety, occupational health cooperation, or HR development.Familiarity with occupational safety and health regulations, Kela and pension insurance processes, and work ability support measures.Strong project management skills, with experience in planning, leading, and executing well-being and occupational health initiatives.A strategic mindset with the ability to analyze data, consolidate insights, and develop action plans.Excellent communication, coaching, and training skills to engage and support stakeholders.A customer-oriented and proactive approach, ensuring employee needs are met with high-quality service.A development-driven mindset, continuously seeking ways to improve well-being strategies.Strong digital and MS Office skills, with the ability to adopt and utilize various systems and applications to improve work effectiveness.Fluency in Finnish and English (both written and spoken).Want to join the #PeopleFlow?At KONE, our ambition is to be the #1 choice for our employees.
