Join a leading transport company in Ireland and take your career to the next level!We’re looking for experienced professionals with 5+ years in HGV maintenance , an NQF Level 4 Trade Certificate , and expertise in diagnosing faults, repairing engines, transmissions, and braking systems . If you have hands-on experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems, welding, and fabrication , we want to hear from you!This is your chance to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your skills make a real impact. A valid HGV CE driving licence is essential.Key Responsibilities:· Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HGVs, trailers, and related components.· Conducting routine servicing, inspections, and preventative maintenance.· Identifying faults using diagnostic tools and manual checks.· Repairing or replacing engines, transmissions, braking systems, and other mechanical parts.· Ensuring all work meets safety and legal standards, including MOT requirements.· Using welding, grinding, and other fabrication techniques when necessary.· Keeping accurate records of maintenance and repairs.· Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills.· Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.· Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems in HGVs.· Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and workshop equipment.· Relevant qualifications & Trade certificate.· Understanding of safety regulations and vehicle compliance standards.
