Excel Recruitment are delighted to partner with one of our clients to search for a Hospitality Manager for a multi-site cafe location in Cork city.This is an exciting opportunity for an individual seeking to progress their career into multi-site management.Role of Hospitality Manager:

• Lead of team of hospitality professionals to enable them to provide an outstanding service to customers across all services, by training, coaching and setting exemplary standards for the business
• Stay up to date with food and beverage trends, introducing as appropriate to the service to add variety and customer choice
• Manage P&L in line with company policies and procedures
• Maintain company records as required to ensure all company and legislative requirements are followed

Requirements of Hospitality Manager:

• Previous experience managing a large, diverse team across a 7 day roster in hospitality or retail
• 3rd level qualification in Hospitality or Business Management
• Knowledge and understanding of margins, P&L
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong IT skills
