This role is hourly paid (estimated weekly hours can vary between 22-37,5) and fixed term until 31.8.2026.NEMO Project is about designing and implementing a new ERP system with Microsoft D365 technology to all Neste Marketing & Services (M&S) units in Finland and Baltic countries. This project will establish new, globally harmonized end-to-end business processes across the organization.Together with the NEMO Project Director and Project Managers you will focus on maintaining and developing the project cost controlling process including monthly cost follow-up, forecasting, reporting, and invoice reconciliation, as well as liaising with vendors to resolve invoicing discrepancies. You will also participate in the project’s hectic daily life by supporting the different project streams with various ad hoc tasks.Reasons to joinReal impact right now.   • Monthly cost follow-up and reporting of the actuals to NEMO Project Management Office (PMO), M&S Business Finance and IT
  • Actively communicating with the Project Managers, Project Lead, PMO, Procurement and 3rd party vendors to ensure correct monthly actuals and forecast
  • Participating the annual Performance Planning Process by collecting information and preparing the forecast figures
  • Developing the NEMO Project cost impact analysis and business case calculations
  • Answering ad hoc requests from PMO or other stakeholders

Other tasks issued by the project PMO, the Center of Excellence or Organisational Change Management Team:

  • Testing, data cleansing, creating and reviewing materials etc. issued by the project

We work closely with M&S operational teams, support system end users in the deployments and make our best to ensure a smooth transition.The best combination to succeed in this role

  • You could be recently graduated or in your final year of studies in economics or information technology
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of causal connections between systems & figures
  • Experience of similar tasks
  • Excellent Excel skills, experience in SAP or Microsoft D365 is an advantage
  • Flexibility in terms of the work tasks and working hours when needed
  • Written & verbal communication in English is a must, verbal skills in Finnish is also needed
