As a housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of hotel rooms and public areas.
Daily tasks include:
– Room Cleaning and Maintenance: Changing bed linens, emptying trash cans, dusting surfaces, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
– Bathroom Cleaning: Replacing towels, restocking toiletries, and cleaning sanitary facilities.
– Cleaning Public Areas: Keeping lobbies, corridors, staircases, and other shared spaces clean.
– Restocking Supplies: Ensuring that rooms and public areas are well-stocked with hygiene products and other necessary items.
– Customer Service: Responding to guests’ needs and ensuring their comfort, such as providing extra towels or fulfilling other requests.Expectations and Requirements:
– Customer Service Orientation: A cheerful and positive attitude with a desire to provide the best possible service to guests.
– Attention to Detail: Ability to pay attention to details and perform tasks meticulously.
