HR Administrator – Biotech Capital Projects – Dun Laoghaire, DublinOffice/Project Location: Dun Laoghaire, DublinEmployment Type: Contract min 12 monthsWork Location: Initially 5 days a week on site and once trained and settled, move to a hybrid role with 2/3 days per week on sitePay: €40-42KExperience: 2+ yearsVisa: EU passport or Stamp 4 visa requiredOur client is a leading international Biotechnology company with a state of the art aseptic manufacturing facility in Dun Laoghaire, South Dublin.This role reports to the Senior Manager HR and is responsible for providing Human Resources support for Ireland based colleagues.Operationally supports HR strategiesDelivers effective HR service which is customer service-focused and business-relatedManages key local benefit programs, including medical benefits, risk benefits for site.Develops additional site programs including cycle to work scheme and commuter scheme.Manages day-to-day relationship with external suppliers/vendors including benefit providersFacilitates the on-boarding and induction program for new hires and presents the HR module of this program.Monitors and ensures compliance with employment legislation, monitors local legislative updates and reviews all employment contracts.Ensures accurate and compliant pay (including payroll) and benefits administrationManages long term LOA cases on siteIs the Superuser on site for WorkdayManages and maintains all other local HR application tools including Softworks & Attendance.Implements and ensures a clear, shared understanding of HR procedures/policiesMaintains monthly HR metrics dashboard for local management and business review meetingsCo-ordination of purchase orders and invoices for HR dept to ensure accurate and timely payment to vendors.Support day to day HR admin – salary certs/reference letters/ social welfare letters.Owner of the HR website; responsible for updating when necessary.RequirementsBachelors degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent2/3+ year’s HR/admin experienceExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsProficient in the use of relevant computer software and HR systemsSoftworks and/or Workday would be a distinct advantage but not essential.Preferred Qualifications & Experience:Pharmaceutical experience is preferred but not a requirementMultinational company experience in a matrixed environmentCompetenciesDemonstrates ability to perform accurate and detailed workDemonstrates analytical skills to solve day-to-day problemsApplies a methodical approach to completing all assignmentsDemonstrates ability to perform accurate and detailed workIs service oriented; displays excellent written and verbal communications skillsManages multiple tasks, priorities and deadlinesDemonstrates Company Values consistentlySets priorities in line with business requirementsIs solutions orientated and focused on continuous improvement of processesDemonstrates exceptional issue management skills; uses a variety of techniques and methods to reach win/win solutionsDrives for results, processes and outcomes of the highest qualityConsistently communicates in a manner that is appropriate to the situationManages confidential data in an appropriate mannerPackage€40K-€42KLong term contract role – min 12 monthsThis is an onsite role.
