Location: BergenAssignment Description

Support recruitment process via Cornerstone, our recruitment system
Close dialog with line managers within recruitment process
Participate in onboarding processes
Support on matters related to employee lifecycle processes, generalities of employment contracts, common HR policies, and personnel handbooks, regulations, etc.
Actively communicate, inform and collaborate with HR colleagues and employees
Other administrative tasks related to HR

Qualifications

Bachelor or Master within Business Administration, Human Resources or related field, relevant experience may weigh up for lack of formal education
Minimum 2 years’ experience from a Human Resources generalist role or recruiting, preferably in oil-related, drilling, services, or technology areas
Excellent Norwegian and English language skills, spoken and written
Good IT and system skills
Excellent collaboration skills, willingness and proven ability to communicate with others
Solution-oriented, structured, accurate and systematic
Creative and constructive
A highly motivated and positive attitude
