We are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Advisor to join our HR team in Sandefjord. In this role, you will work closely with the HR Manager Relations to manage and prevent sick leave through effective training and support. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the practical aspects of mobility for new employees relocating to Norway.As an HR Advisor, you will be at the forefront of fostering a healthy work environment and ensuring our employees feel supported and valued. Your ability to analyze data, provide insightful reports, and collaborate with various stakeholders will be key to your success. If you are empathic, solution-oriented, and service-minded, this may be the right position for you!Responsibilities:
You will primarily focus on two main areas of responsibility: sick leave and mobility. Additionally, you will contribute on tasks that the HR team needs to handle as they arise from the organisation.Sick leaveIn close collaboration with the HR Manager Relations, you will work to prevent sick leave through, among other things, training of employees and managers. You will also work closely with NAV, monitor sickness absence in the company and take active action where needed. In other words, both proactive and reactive measures.
MobilityContribute with practical things related to mobility in and out of Norway.
