• Providing guidance on HR matters, including but not limited to, performance management, employee relations, and recruitment.
• Maintaining up-to-date records of personnel-related data.
• Ensuring legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR requirements.
• Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Promoting a positive company culture and improving overall employee morale.

Permanent HR Advisor role in Cardiff|Excellent starting salary of up to £37k + BonusA successful HR Advisor should have:

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Ideally CIPD Level 5, degree, or equivalent
• Comprehensive knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
