Our passion for innovation, a pioneering spirit and the unique Puratos culture drive our solid growth and vision for the future This, along with our commitment to our local communities, is what makes working at Puratos so magical.To strengthen our site in Lummen, we are looking for a:HR Business PartnerYour MissionAs a member of the Site Management Team, you will realize the operational and strategic Lummen Production Site Plan, with a focus on the people component and through the implementation of the HR strategy, processes and tools.You will get the opportunity to drive the development and transformation of the Lummen production site towards operational excellence, for the people related components, with a focus on digitalization and sustainable performance.Key Accountabilities

• Strategy: you will contribute to the operations/business strategy for the production site by helping to identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, people, behaviors, structures, and processes, in line with Puratos Values & Magic.
• Change Management: you will support the Site Manager & Management team in the continuous transformation & change process.
• Planning/budgeting: you will coordinate forecasting and planning of the headcount and talent pipeline requirements in line with the operations/business strategy.
• Drive the people & HR processes (workforce planning, recruiting, induction & onboarding, performance management, training/competency development, talent review, internal communication, reward/recognition,…) to ensure that employees’ level of performance and capabilities meet current and future requirements and that headcount needs and productivity targets are met.
• Engagement: together with the management teams, you will develop and assist in the implementation and the evaluation of the effectiveness of the engagement plan.
• Employee relations: you will manage union relationship for the site/entity and ensure compliance with law & collective agreements.
• Talent and Leadership development: you will ensure that the leadership, coaching and feedback culture is properly cascaded through the organization; ensure that talent review actions are implemented.
• Consulting: you will provide expert advice and coaching to managers & employees where appropriate.
• Continuous improvement: you will influence the continuous improvement of HR services and processes, integrating employee and line Management feedback towards a better employee experience.

Who are we looking for?

• Academic Degree: Master’s level in Law, Psychology, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years in HR roles within comparable manufacturing and/or commercial organizations. Proven success in driving change and transformation in production environments, along with operational excellence programs.
• Languages: Proficiency in Dutch and English is required. Knowledge of French is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with software-supported processes and reporting tools (HRIS/SuccessFactors) is essential.
• Additional Expertise: Strong understanding and application of social laws and regulations. Experience with unions is an advantage.
