Job DescriptionWe are looking for an independent, yet team-oriented HR Business Partner! We need someone who can quickly adapt and take a hands-on approach in handling both employee-related casesm, such as labor law issues, team effectiveness as well as providing strategic support and coaching to managers.This position is based in Ludvika, with the possibility of remote work up to 1-2 days per week.In this role, you will be part of the High Voltage Products business unit, which focuses on developing, manufacturing, and selling high voltage products and cooling systems. You will play a key role in the management team at one of the factories , which has around 300 employees and 25 managers across both white and blue-collar roles. Additionally, you will collaborate with the HR team in Sweden, which includes three other colleagues, as well as with the wider HR team across Europe.Qualifications

• You have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and Leadership or equivalent education.
• You have several years of experience in independent and leading HR roles, like HRBP, HR manager or similar.
• You have experience of being responsible, leading and developing teams as well as having experience of independently handling and solving complex labour law cases.
• You are independent in Office 360 and experience of Workday is benficial.
• You are fluent in English and Swedish in speech and writing.
• It is a strong merit if you have experience of working globally and in a matrix organization within HR.
