Lead the development of global salary structures, benefit programs, benchmarking, insurance, pensions, and wellness offerings that reflect our values and business strategy.Coaching Managers Worldwide:
Act as a trusted partner to 20+ managers across various global locations, supporting everything from core HR processes to complex people topics.HR Processes & Projects:
