HR Business Partner (French and English)

Partner with business leaders to understand their strategic goals and objectives, and align HR strategies to support these goals.
Provide expert advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
Analyze HR metrics and trends to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
Lead talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, succession planning, and performance management.
Support the recruitment process by collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and participate in interviews.
Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
Promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
Facilitate organizational change initiatives and provide project management support for HR-related projects.
Act as a trusted advisor to employees, providing coaching and support on various HR-related matters.

Align HR strategies with business goals and manage employee relations5+ years of HRBP experience, strong knowledge of Swiss labor laws

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HRBP role, preferably within the FMCG industry.
Strong knowledge of Swiss labor laws and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.
Fluency in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
