Job description
- Partner with business leaders to understand their strategic goals and objectives, and align HR strategies to support these goals.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
- Lead talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, succession planning, and performance management.
- Support the recruitment process by collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and participate in interviews.
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
- Facilitate organizational change initiatives and provide project management support for HR-related projects.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees, providing coaching and support on various HR-related matters.
Align HR strategies with business goals and manage employee relations5+ years of HRBP experience, strong knowledge of Swiss labor laws
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HRBP role, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of Swiss labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.
- Fluency in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
