As the HR Business Partner for Munters Group, you report into the Head of People, Culture and Sustainability, are part of the People & Culture leadership team, and act as the strategic partner for a number of leaders across different fields. We enable the business by providing tailored support in Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards and other areas. In this role you will also spend about half of your time as part of the People Development Team, designing, developing and facilitating Learning and Development Programs.Your Opportunity:Serve as a strategic People and Culture partner to the Group Functions, including Finance & Strategy, Legal, Communication & Brand and People, Culture & Sustainability.Implement People and Culture initiatives, programs and methodology, across Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, that support the company’s vision and values.Lead organizational development, talent development, and strategic workforce planning.Inspired by data; govern, understand and improve the people metrics within the group functions.Enable Employee Relations through your knowledge in local and international laws and regulations, as well as policies and procedures developed by the People and Culture organization.Implement and facilitate global People & Culture learning initiatives and programs across the EMEA region.Directly contribute to the design, development, and administration of global L&D programs and initiatives.Support roll out of other initiatives within the People Development function’s responsibility; such as talent development and employee engagement initiatives.Your Experience:11 or more years of Experience in the People and Culture field, or a combination of relevant education and experience.3 or more years of experience navigating a global organization in a strategic People and Culture role.Stories and examples of facilitating learning programs and team development.Documented experience in compliance and employee relations with a well-established grasp of employment law.Delivered projects, programs and organizational change through your knowledge of the different fields within People and Culture.As an advocate for diverse, equitable and inclusive organizations, you are able to build, navigate and maintain relationships with stakeholders in an intercultural environment.Our workplace:A flexible work environment including travel and remote work.
