General Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in managing HR Business Partners (HRBPs),
- Proven experience working with technology teams,
- Previous experience in the banking sector is preferred,
- Strong understanding of HR strategies and business alignment,
- Advanced proficiency in English (both written and spoken),
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive change,
- Deep understanding of HR best practices and talent management.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the HRBP team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategies,
- Develop and implement HR strategies for technology teams and other departments as needed,
- Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing guidance on people-related matters,
- Drive talent management and development initiatives to foster employee growth and performance,
- Oversee performance management processes and provide coaching to managers and teams,
- Support organizational change initiatives and assist with change management strategies,
- Partner with senior leaders to assess and address workforce challenges and opportunities,
- Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts in a constructive manner,
- Ensure HR programs and policies are effectively implemented and followed.
