Minimum 7 years of experience in managing HR Business Partners (HRBPs),
Proven experience working with technology teams,
Previous experience in the banking sector is preferred,
Strong understanding of HR strategies and business alignment,
Advanced proficiency in English (both written and spoken),
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team,
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive change,
Deep understanding of HR best practices and talent management.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the HRBP team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategies,
Develop and implement HR strategies for technology teams and other departments as needed,
Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing guidance on people-related matters,
Drive talent management and development initiatives to foster employee growth and performance,
Oversee performance management processes and provide coaching to managers and teams,
Support organizational change initiatives and assist with change management strategies,
Partner with senior leaders to assess and address workforce challenges and opportunities,
Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts in a constructive manner,
Ensure HR programs and policies are effectively implemented and followed.
