If yes, we are looking for you to become our new HR Business Partner!We are strengthening our HR-organisation in Norway and are looking for an engaged HR-professional to work closely with business leaders and stakeholders in our Norwegian part of the organisation. As an HR Business Partner in Norway, you will be supporting a Business Unit locally by being a trusted advisor for a dedicated number of leaders, enabling them to lead and develop their teams more impactfully. Furthermore, you will support the leaders in their daily personnel-related tasks and facilitate various development activities. In the role you will be an active contributor to the leadership team you become part of, while you closely collaborate with the HR-environment and rest of the organisation, both locally and globally. This means that your day can be filled with the following activities:
Throughout all the activities you will be supported by a competent HR-environment. In Norway you will work closely with other HR Business Partners, a Talent Acquisition Partner, local HR Legal specialists and HR Services. Globally, you will have close HR-colleagues working within the same Business Unit as yourself to ensure alignment and collaboration between centralized and decentralized HR-departments. Collectively, you will get a large degree of flexibility in terms of prioritising the needs for your specific business unit, while supporting the overall HR-strategy and building sustainable relationships.We imagine you have the following characteristics:
