In Tietoevry Create Finland, we have 800+ experts specializing in cloud, data, and software engineering serving both enterprises and public-sector customers.We are now looking for an HR Business Partner to join Tietoevry Create FinlandAs an HR Business Partner, you will be the main country HR responsible, who drives people practices to support business and employees and works with a wide range of task, such as;

• Driving people and culture initiatives with focus on employee engagement and retention
• Sparring and coaching leaders and managers in various people related matters
• Supporting the country leadership team in organizational planning and change management
• Handling employment related matters in a way that are aligned with company values, ethics, and at the same time ensure legal compliance
• Building up and implementing HR strategies, processes, and policies in alignment with our business objectives
• Being an integrated part of the Nordic HR team, and working in cooperation with HR colleagues in Finland, across Nordic and globally to develop, improve, and implement HR processes and procedures. In the role you will report into Nordic HR Lead.

What will help you to succeed in the role?

• Proven work experience of 5+ years as an HR partner or HR generalist (or similar role) preferably in the consultancy/IT industry
• Ability to work from both strategic and operational point of view
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making and communication skills
• Deep understanding of Finnish labor law, and experience from successfully handling various of employee related situations and matters
• Highly people oriented with a proven ability to build trust
• Proactive and collaborative way of working
• Able to work in a fast-paced, changing, and complex environment
• Professional fluency in Finnish and English, both written and oral.
• University degree, preferably within human resources or equivalent
