We are seeking an HR Compliance Specialist to strengthen our Group HR Team. Our HR Compliance Specialist is responsible for ensuring that the company’s HR processes and procedures comply with applicable laws, rules and internal policies and regulations. You will work closely with the HR team and other stakeholders to ensure that the company complies with relevant requirements. In this role, you will also act as Data Privacy Officer for HR and support in mandatory reporting related to the HR field. You are reporting to Head of Industrial Relations, Group HR. Keeping up to date with relevant laws and regulations, including work environment laws, anti-discrimination laws, data protection (GDPR) and other relevant regulations.
Supporting in ensuring that the company’s HR processes comply with applicable legislation and internal policies and regulations.
Participating in the development and implementation of new HR policies and ensuring that these are legally sustainable and in accordance with best practice.
Identifying and analysing HR-related risks and providing recommendations to mitigate these risks.
Participating in Data Privacy steerco meetings, reviewing DPIAs & DPAs with Legal, supporting in policy maintenance (privacy statements).
Supporting with the annual report and the sustainability report for HR-related topics, producing mandatory data, supporting in human rights due diligence and audit reviews.
Support in the coordination of mandatory compliance related trainings such as ABC- and Code of Conduct trainings.About You
You have a relevant university degree in human resources, law, business administration or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years’ working experience of HR Compliance or labor law in an international context.
The ideal candidate is used to navigating in a decentralized organization with cross-functional collaboration and stakeholders on all levels.
Experience as HR Business Partner or similar role is an advantage.
You have the ability to communicate complex issues in a clear and easy-to-understand manner.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail is important in this role.
The role of HR Compliance Specialist requires a good knowledge of English, Swedish and/or Finnish is an additional merit.Our offer
