This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to their mission by delivering top-tier HR support and expert advice to a diverse client base. You’ll play a crucial role in helping businesses navigate the complexities of employment law and HR best practices.Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement tailored HR solutions that align with best practices and legal requirements.
• You will provide expert HR support and advice to a diverse range of clients, helping them navigate the complexities of employment law and best practices.
• You will lead and manage complex workplace investigations, such as those involving Dignity at Work, Disciplinary, and Grievance cases, and deliver tailored HR solutions that meet clients’ unique needs.
• You will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, conducting research on HR and legal developments, and delivering seminars and training workshops.

Qualifications & Experience:

• At least 3 years of HR experience, a strong understanding of Employment Law, and a proven ability to offer practical, commercially-minded advice.
• Strong communication, project management, and writing skills are essential, as is a proactive, can-do attitude.
• This position requires nationwide travel, full clean driving license and your own transport are necessary.
