And if that’s you we would love to have you join us!Job DescriptionRole PurposeYou will work in a full-time position providing operational support for the managers and employees within the Nordic Rockwell Automation organization; Denmark, Sweden and Norway. Here you will work closely together with our HR CoE Teams; Talent Development, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, HR Service Center and Payroll.The HR Generalist for RA Nordics is our local subject matter expert responsible for a variety of local Human Resources tasks and projects, including advising people managers on the execution of performance management, coaching, corrective action issues, employee development, compliance programs and employee engagement.You will report to the Head of HR North Region and the position is based in our Copenhagen office, Denmark, and offers hybrid work schedule.Key Aspects of the JobDrive successful execution of new HR projects, including the roll-out of programs focused on organizational and cultural changePartner with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll and our admin HR Service Center to bring value and support to the business, i.e. supporting the launch of new programsEnsure alignment between country specific requirements and Rockwell Automation’s HR policiesYou will partner with our legal team in advising business leaders managing employees in our Nordic countries regarding employee performance issues, disciplinary/legal actions and programs required for improvementsComply with local laws related to ensuring a positive, non-discriminatory and safe work environment, including reviewing policies, procedures, handbooks and employment documentsPromote Diversity, Equity and Inclusion projects within the NordicsSkills, Knowledge, Experience and EducationMinimum of 3 years’ human resources experienceExperience in hands-on experience managing employee relations considered an advantageExperience working with sales or tech/engineering considered an advantageExperience with HR Management Systems, i.e. WorkdayFluent in speaking and writing Danish or SwedishFluent in speaking and writing English,Degree holder with professional qualifications in HR, Business Administration, Management, Psychology or equivalentLegally eligible to work in Denmark.Mindset RequirementsEnthusiasm for partnership across the organization at all levelsValues working in a international team-oriented culture and building consensus with stakeholders before making important decisionsPursue personal learning, development of skills in job-related technical and professional areasSelf-driven, analytical and dedicated to provide good a customer experienceOpen to engage with the rest of our EMEA HR team and have fun!Foster the environment of “One HR Team”What we offerWe offer attractive employment conditions such as pension plan, bonus scheme, health insurance and flexible work conditions.
