This is an exciting opportunity, where your expertise will shape the future of HR and Employment Law support for clients.Location: Dublin 3Role Overview:As an HR/HRIS Advisor, you’ll provide legally compliant HR and Employment Law advice to clients. This role requires a proactive approach to client support, documentation delivery, and close collaboration with the sales team to grow and enhance the organisations services.Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver expert HR and Employment Law advice via phone and email.
• Continuously update your knowledge of HR best practices and legal standards.
• Accurately log and manage cases, providing tailored documentation to clients.
• Collaborate with Business Development Managers to support prospects and new clients.
• Drive service growth by identifying referral opportunities and enhancing client engagement.
