HR Manager / Eastbourne / Human Resources & PersonnelAs HR Manager you will be responsible for:
- Providing support to cover all HR practices.
- Manage recruitment.
- All new starter onboarding and any exit interviews.
- Manage ER cases/matters.
- Organising company L&D.
- Manage and update the HR software.
HRCIPD
- CIPD Level 5 or above or similar
- Previous personnel management from within either a team or stand alone function
- Staff management
A well established and respected organisation are looking to recruit a full time permanent HR Manager.£40-45,000
