Are you an experienced HR Manager looking to make an impact? We are seeking a People & Business-Oriented HR Manager for Sweden and Norwary to join our HR team!Your role:As HR Manager you will be the HR lead responsible for driving forward and aligning Global / European business objectives with Employees and Management within assigned countries and sites. Your role is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing great internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement.Reporting to the HR Director for Northern Europe, the HR manager oversees HR processes such as talent acquisition programs, employee payroll management, HR policy development. You will be responsible for contributing to developing a better and healthier work environment for all employees at JELD-WEN.What your impact will be:

• To ensure adherence with all compliance standards and operate with integrity at all times.
• Identify the department’s objectives and goals for the human resource teams to work on
• Track the progress of how a team and a strategy to target the HR objectives are performing
• Research, develop, and implement such HR policies and organizational strategies that boost and improve the work environment for employees
• Works on the development and implementation of employee benefits and compensation plan
• Maintain the law and ensure that the processes comply with the federal and state laws
• Participate in Country Leadership Team(s) by supporting all people-related activities including creating country-specific strategies and actions and delivering the data and analysis related to budgeting, cost control and forecasts.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Certified HR professional with a specialization in human resources or people management
• Proven hands-on experience with using digital HR tools and software
• Complete understanding and familiarity with human resource management software and tools like Success Factors, Workday and other application tracking systems, payroll management systems, and talent acquisition tools
• Sound knowledge of local and regional labour laws for HR
• Good verbal and non-verbal communication skills
• Excellent people management skills
• Excellent mentorship and leadership skills
• Fluent in Swedish and English
