Job description

  • Oversee all HR-related functions including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Manage office administrative tasks such as facilities management and procurement.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to drive performance and mitigate disputes.
  • Promote employee engagement and act as the point of contact for HR-related enquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and internal policies.
  • Be the right hand of the CEO for all administrative tasks

Exciting experience in a growing company|Easy to reach by public transportA successful HR & Office Manager should have:

  • Fluent in French and English, Dutch is a plus.
  • An academic background in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Proficiency in managing HR and office administration tasks.
  • Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ideally a first experience in a similar position.
