A Bachelor degree within HR or equivalent / higher Business Degree Solid and documented knowledge of Finnish employment law/commercial sector CBA Experience with handling legal cases and negotiation with unions Has experience with recruitment and training/facilitation Experienced user of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) Speaks and writes Finnish and English fluently, knowledge of other Scandinavian languages is a plus A good understanding of systems as we work with HRIS, Recruitment systems and time management systems Experience from a Nordic role is a plus General HR administration related to the employment of the Finnish employees Recruitment from A-Z, including advertising, screening of applicants, and interviewing Implementing and driving HR processes related to retail in Finland including facilitating the work environment group (Health & Safety committee) Facilitation of trainings both in Finland as well as across the Nordics both physical and virtual Be a trusted advisor to the Finnish Sales organization Handling of legal issues including taking part in negotiations with employees and/or unions Training of managers in processes and employment law Support roll out of engagement activities locally in Finland
