This is your opportunity to grow professionally and gain valuable experience in the exciting and evolving field of Human Resources and Employee Lifecycle Management.Your tasks:► Ordering Leasing Vehicles and E-Bikes: Receiving and processing orders from our colleagues in Germany and submitting the orders to the leasing company► Billing: Managing and billing fuel cards as well as travel expenses (e.g., fuel, electricity, and other additional costs)► Data Management: Maintaining and updating data in SAP and Excel► Communication: Close collaboration with our employees, particularly written communication via our ticketing system (SSF) to ensure a smooth processQualifications► Background: University degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Humanities Studies or related areas► Experience: 1-3 years of experience in HR Services, Administration or comparable support areas► Personality: You are structured, detail oriented and accurate. You can work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.► Languages:

• Fluent German (C1) both written and spoken
• Mid-level English (B1) skills
• Hungarian language knowledge is not a requirement
