Who Are We Looking For
We are interested in hearing from you if:

• You are currently enrolled in a relevant master’s degree program, such as Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a similar field, with at least one year remaining in your studies.
• You are enthusiastic about building a career in Human Resources and motivated to gain real-world experience.
• You communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken. Danish language skills are considered a plus.
• You are proactive, curious, and eager to learn and grow within a collaborative, international environment.

What Will You Do
As an HR Student Worker, dependent on the position that will be decided based on fit, you will:

• Assist in various HR initiatives and projects.
• Work closely with HR professionals across different specialities and regions.
• Explore different areas of HR, develop new skills, and build your career path, as we will provide you with the mentoring and tools to succeed and grow at Nexi.
• Gain hands-on experience in HR analytics and data-driven decision-making.
• Develop leadership and project management skills through cross-functional collaboration.
• Bring fresh ideas and perspectives to our team, helping us innovate and improve.
