We are seeking a passionate and dynamic HR Tech Product Owner to play a pivotal role in building our HR Tech function as we transition into an independent company. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a transformative journey, enhancing the employee experience through innovative HR technology solutions.Key Responsibilities:Expertise Development: Build and maintain deep knowledge of HR technology products and processes, continuously improving HR operations and the employee experience.Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct regular meetings with key stakeholders to gather feedback, understand their needs, and proactively promote HR technology solutions.Roadmap Management: Develop and manage a strategic roadmap and product backlog, prioritizing and deploying innovative HR technologies that enhance employee experience and optimize HR processes.Project Management: Lead HR Tech projects from concept through implementation, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.Integration Oversight: Ensure seamless operation and integration of HR tech solutions with other enterprise systems.Collaboration with Development Teams: Work closely with development teams to ensure timely implementation of new features and updates, facilitating regular progress check-ins.Support and Troubleshooting: Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for your product area, ensuring user satisfaction.Compliance Assurance: Ensure HR Tech systems comply with legal and regulatory requirements, implementing robust data security measures to protect employee information.What You Will Bring:Extensive experience in HR technology roles, preferably within large, international, complex organizations.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven track record of successfully implementing HR tech initiatives and systems.Strong understanding of HR processes, data analytics, and digital transformation.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.Proficiency in relevant HR technology platforms and tools.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.What We Offer:A stimulating and supportive work environment within a dynamic and evolving company.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A significant role in our demerger journey to establish a new, independent company.A global setting with opportunities to collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.The chance to shape the future of HR technology at Tietoevry Tech Services.How to Apply:
