Job Description:OverviewPepsiCo is looking for an HR Business Partner Nordics, based in our Copenhagen office.Within this role you’ll support the Franchise and Food business of Nordics based employees.Your role is to support the people agenda, be first point of contact for all HR related matters and advice on labour related cases. Furthermore, you will also act as the local liaison for Sector employees based in the Nordics.In addition, as HR Business Partner (BP) you collaborate with the Northern Europe HR team to lead projects with a local relevance for the NE business unit. ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:

  • Operational tasks;
  • Be first point of contact for all People related matters in our PepsiCo Copenhagen office
  • Closely collaborate with our People Operations team in Krakow
  • Lead the continuous updating of the handbook and intranet for new policies and local regulations
  • Function as the internal advisor and external POC for all third party companies for insurance, pension and governmental benefits in DK and FI
  • Advise employees on the local policies and regulations, such as holidays, maternity and parental leaves
  • Supporting the recruitment process lead by Talent Team, both internal and external processes
  • Steer international relocation processes ensuring mobility team have the proper data & documentation. Help onboarding new joiners and advising them on tax, housing etc
  • Lead HR processes related to onboarding, offboarding, team events
  • Oversee the payroll run and check all payslips are correct. Oversee all time off request and ensure this is reflected in the payslips.
  • Lead the health and safety program and report accidents on a monthly basis.
  • Own the annual salary increase / bonus process for the Nordics employees ensuring that the ratings are converted to monetary reward together with HR operations & Total Rewards
  • Manages employee relations, conflict resolution, employee health & safety programmes for Nordics based employees (both BU and Sector). Ensures policy consistency and compliance with local laws and regulations

Projects and personal development (optional);

  • Lead employee initiative committees, such as engagement team or social activities to ensure employee engagement
  • Oversee employee experience in PepsiCo Nordics by closely partnering with the Talent Team for learning and development, culture and reward related topics
  • Support de Diversity Equity and Inclusion agenda for PepsiCo Nordics to ensure a workplace where everyone can bring there true selves
  • Support the action plan for our employee satisfaction survey, by bringing results to the business and coordinate the followup
  • Act as ambassador for PepsiCo Nordics to continue being a great place to work

QualificationsQualifications:

  • Approx 3 year’s working experience in HR, preferable in matrix FMCG environment
  • Proven and credible HR admin and operations experience
  • In-depth knowledge of Danish labour legislation
  • Strong communication skills and interpersonal influencing skills
  • Excellent in building relationships and networks both in HR and business communities at local and Europe level
  • Agile, inquisitive approach focused on continuous improvement
  • Fluent in English and native Danish
  • Ability to work under pressure and establish priorities in an every changing and sometime very ambiguous environment
