- HRIS support and maintenance: Manage daily operations of our HR systems to ensure they are intuitive and aligned with business needs. Carry responsibility for data integrity and employee life-cycle maintenance.
- System development: Assist in system enhancements and modifications as outlined in our annual HRIS roadmap, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
- Process improvement: Identify and implement technological solutions to improve HR processes, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Reporting: Generate and maintain accurate HR data reports and dashboards for ongoing insights into HR metrics.
- User training: Conduct training sessions and update documentation to help users stay informed about new features and best practices.
- Project work: Support the implementation of system-related projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule and meet project specifications.
- Vendor management: Work closely with external vendors and our IM Service Manager to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in an HRIS or similar role, with experience in maintaining and supporting HR systems.
- Skills:
- Familiarity with cloud-based HR tools such as Oracle HCM, Workday, or SuccessFactors.
- Good understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to conduct training sessions and effectively communicate system changes to users.
- Languages: Proficiency in Finnish and English is essential.
