Ready to showcase your skills as an HRIS Specialist? Come and join our Swiss HRIS applications and projects team to work with our prestigious Maisons in a dynamic environment.HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
As an HRIS Specialist, you will play a key role in the management and the optimization of our HRIS tools, with a particular expertise in SAP Time. You will be responsible for the configuration, the support, and the training of our users on the various HRIS modules, ensuring the efficiency and compliance of our processes.Your future role will require the following main responsibilities:
- SAP Time Expertise (~50%):
- Design and configure complex shift schedules in SAP Time
- Ensure proactive management of inconsistencies and anomalies in time data
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to optimize the use of SAP Time
- HRIS Support and Training (~25%):
- Provide technical and functional support to users (RHs, Payroll partners, team colleagues) on the group’s various HRIS tools
- Design and facilitate training sessions for users (RHs, Payroll partners, team colleagues), both in person and remotely
- Create and maintain clear and concise documentation on HRIS processes
- Continuous Improvement (~25%):
- Identify opportunities to improve HRIS processes and propose innovative solutions
- Participate in HRIS tool implementation and upgrade projects
- Ensure constant technology monitoring of HRIS market developments
- Actively participate in the ongoing digital transformation initiatives, with a focus on leveraging Workday to streamline HR processes
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCESS WITH US?
We are looking for a new colleague with the following skills:
- Significant experience (5 years minimum) in a similar role, with proven expertise in SAP Time
- Knowledge of Swiss HR processes and some of the following HRIS tools (SAP PT, SAP PY, Workday, SuccessFactor, UKG, Vizier, GoogleCloud, ServiceNow, AzureAD, etc.),
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
- Strong team spirit and willingness to collaborate and share knowledge with colleagues
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Fluency in French and English (oral and written). German a plus
- Experience with Workday configuration is highly desirable
- Experience in Swiss payroll management a plus
