The leading infrastructure recruitment specialist are looking for a HSE Document Controller to join a global leader in construction sector for one of Norway’s technical infrastructure projects involving roads, tunnels, bridges, drill and blast works.This is a great opportunity to work for a significant construction company, working alongside some of the most experienced specialists in the industry to continue developing and further you career.Job Role / Responsibilities

• Enrolment of subcontractors through HMS REG
• Liase with subcontractors
• Review and validate of documents (administrative, legal and technical)
• Follow up for missing documents
• Enforce CSR requirements
• Management of internal HS Systems document in contact with Document control department of CJV
• Control of management of documentation of machinery, people from subcontractors
• Draft and review of HS documentation

ProjectThe infrastructure project is based on the West Coast of Norway and consist of the construction of several tunnels, bridges and highways, the construction has just started and is estimated to last for at least 3 years.Requirements1 years with document control experience * Experience from the construction industry

• General Secondary School Education
• Document Control Certification
• Fluent in English
• Norwegian language is preferred, but not mandatory
• Experience in Scandinavia
